I watched a couple if u12 rec. games this weekend. In particular i enjoyed the u12 club team vs tehe u12 rec team. it was a great game. When watching the keepers the first thing i notice is that goalkeepers are not "set" when the ball has been shot. This is a very easy thing to fix and quick way to improve. Being "set" simply means that you are not moving and are now in a position to react to save the ball. A good set position should be the knees slightly bent, weight is forward on balls of the feet and arms are extended to the side(gorilla like) and the palms or fingertips facing the ball. The set position is so critical because if the ball is shot and the goalkeeper is moving one way already and the ball goes the opposite, than there is no way the keeper can save it but if the keeper is set and no longer moving, than the keeper is going to have a much better opportunity to save the shot.
Great Job RCSC and keep up the good work
