Here are a few training sessions and pointers that should get you all going, have fun with these drills, they are very good for any keeping level. Feel free to modify the drill in your own practice to suit you. Remember when training your keeper its not important that you beat them every time(score). You want to build your keepers confidence and not batter it. Thanks and Happy Training!!
