When will the game schedules be completed. I am trying to get together a game snack list and concession stand duty list for my parents but that is very hard to do when I don't have what I need. I know that other Team moms feel the same. The sooner we can get organized the more help we can be to our teams and the organization. Also, are we doing fund raiser this season? Thanks! Cindy

They are working like Mad on it, It should be finalized late tonight and up late tommorrow.

The scheduling Coordinator is done with the U6, U8 and U10 teams and they should be posted soon. The U12's should be soon to follow.

they are posted !!! well most of them. the u-12 teams will be posted as soon as they get to me. yepee

The concession schedule was supposed to be posted by 3/11/08 and it is now 11:26pm on 3/11/08 and still no schedule. My concern is parents have lives outside of this league and if I wait till the last minute to ask for volunteers and by some bad luck we are assigned the first day I may not be able to get 3 total volunteers.

sorry, it is my fault, been a little busy getting ready for everything else, If I do not get it posted I will get it covered for the first week and we will just move to the next. I need goals put together and some fields painted a lot worse than someone to work in the concession stand at the moment. Not that it is not important, just not enought hours in the day for the few working their butts off to get the season started. Give me one more day to figure it out. Thanks for brings it to my attention, I know everyone wants to work and help out on their day, I just could not get to it like I thought I could. I hope to see everyone at the fields Saturday.
