I know we've all been extremely busy preparing the upcoming season, getting our kids back to school, and starting the practices off to an "OK" start, BUT can we expect to see game schedules in the near future? Many of my parents are ready to dive in and plan out events over the next couple of months.

I am one of those parents!! With 2 kids on 2 different teams in 2 different age groups it is hard and scheduling as far in advance as possible is the key to survival!!!

You are absolutely right...survival is very important.... I have registered 573 kids....placed them on teams...answered 1.5 million calls....and 2 million emails....listened to countless hardship stories....tried my very best to make everyone happy with team assignments..being chewed out by parents that don't understand that we have rules and regulations we have to abide by.....I work a full time job...with endless hours....I have a soccer player...a band student...another child trying to get my attention...as she embarks on her 15th year..who thinks I am crazy....as anyone with a teenager in the home can understand... Yet....here I am....still smiling and still working on River City Soccer... 2 days ago they said...Hey Girl...you know you have a program that does the scheduling for you....I said...HUH????:blink trying my best to act surprised) I am blessed with a great gift of giving and patience...and am working on this new program....and I promise....it will get done before we all loose our patience in me... But please...if I schedule a U6 team playing a U12 team...let me know... Thanks for all your support....faith in me...and helping me...survive... Louann Bishop

I have thought this all alnog.......You are amazing. I do not see how you do it. That is alot. It takes a very special person to do what you do and I know that we all thank you for it. Please keep up the great work. It will all pay off in the end. And again, Thank you so much for all that you do!!!

Robert For u-8 Navy, three of the ten players that are on our roster have informed us that they will not be playingt this season. What is the plan to get us more team members? Could some of the U-8 forest team members be dispersed since they do not have a coach? I would hate for these kids to have to forfeit games for lack of players when they have paid the same amount of money as everyone else to play soccer this season. Can you advise what we need to do? Thanks! Angie Woods

I don't want to sound like I am inpatient, but when are the game schedules coming out????? Games start in a week. I need to know. I need to know what fields and where the games will be. I was told that U10 would be at the fields we played at last fall and U8 was at the fields down the street from where street soccer is played. I have a lot of planning to do if this is the case. There is one of me and I can't be in two places at one time. I need to plan how I am going to do all this.

Can we get a date on when the schedules will be posted on this website so we can inform our parents/coaches. I can help prepare the schedule if you need it. Parents are getting a bit inpatient with this issue...

Larry, I think there's always a LITTLE heat even if everything was done weeks in advance. It just happens that way all the time. But Robert and the rest of the board, and a few helpers have put in a lot of effort that goes unseen. You know how it works, those goals don't move themselves. Or do they? Haven't seen you since spring season ended, hope to see you at the fields. Rodney
